Viznh is a community app for condominiums: room and equipment bookings, chat, notices, proposals, and administration tools. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, or harassing content; not to impersonate others; and not to misuse booking or admin features. Condominium administrators may moderate content and membership within their condominium. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us the limited license needed to store and display your content to the members of your condominium so the app can function.
Bookings are agreements between you and your condominium. Viznh only provides the scheduling tool and is not responsible for disputes about room usage, cancellations, or condominium rules.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update the app and these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
