App: Viznh — condominium community app for bookings, chat, and admin tools.

1. What we collect

• Account information: email address, display name, username, optional phone number, and optional profile photo.
• Condominium data: the condominiums you join or create, your role in them, and details you provide (such as unit information).
• Content you create: chat messages, direct messages, notices, proposals, votes, bookings, announcements, and incident reports.
• Push notification tokens: a device token, only if you enable notifications.
• Crash and diagnostic data: anonymous crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs.

2. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the app's features: authenticating you, showing you your condominiums, delivering messages and notifications, managing room bookings, and enabling community and admin tools. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third-party services

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (hosted in the EU, eu-west-1).
• Firebase (Google) — push notifications and crash reporting.
• Google Sign-In — optional, only if you choose to sign in with Google.

4. Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also email support@viznh.tech to request deletion.

5. Who can see your content

Content you post in a condominium (messages, notices, bookings) is visible to other members of that condominium according to the app's rules. Condominium administrators can see reports and admin logs for their condominium. Incident reports include your identity and are reviewed under the condominium's own policies and applicable data-protection law.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact support@viznh.tech to exercise these rights.

7. Children

Viznh is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We will update this page when the policy changes and note the new date at the top.
